I'm sure we can all agree at some point we all feel tension around women, especially around beautiful women. Here's my quick solution for relieving - treat her like your bratty little sister. Next paragraph explains.
Bratty sister mode
Bratty sister mode is where - as you'd expect - you treat her as if she's your little bratty sister. Call her out on whining, call her spoilt if she has lots of things and tease her on her mannerisms etc. In this mode your communicating powerful signals of how you are the dominant presence as well as the protector. Your also making her validate herself for not being 'spoilt' or 'posh' or whatever you may associate with a little bratty sister.
Little bratty sister mode is useful because it allows you to show that you're not the type of guy who falls head over heels at any kind of woman - especially beautiful women. You've seen them all before, you've had them all before - your now picking and choosing who you spend your time with.
The main advantage is the tension it will relieve between you and her. Freeing up your mind to work on more complex ways of interacting with her, instead of worrying - which is kind-of two birds with one stone. Not only are you not tense, but your also relaxed - which is an extremely attractive trait in a man. It shows a woman that you can deal with beauty and your not phased in the slightest.
Another advantage is that you can quickly show your value while making her rethink hers. A very powerful combination that'll leave her wondering who you are and how you can so confidently ignore her beauty, charm and flirting.
The main disadvantage would be overuse or misuse. As long as you use the bratty sister mode when appropriate and decide how far to take it beforehand, you both will have a lot of fun teasing each other - like a brother and a bratty sister.
Another possible disadvantage would be how she will reacts towards you. At first, she will most likely use words that are highly disagreeable to what your saying. It's your job is to ignore those words and focus on her body language - that'll tell the true story of what she's feeling.
To conclude, the bratty sister mode is as it sounds, treating her as if she's your little bratty sister and you're here to put her straight. It's a useful mode because it allows you to re-frame the situation in your own way allowing her to see that you are the dominant presence while she validates herself towards you. As long as you watch overuse or misuse, everything will flow fine.

Awesome! The mystery method is a must read - really opened my eyes. The scientific/psychological theories Mystery uses interest me deeply.
Nice addition. You definitely don't want to be too perfect - always have a vulnerability. I tend to make up humours vulnerabilities on the fly relating to which ever environment/situation I'm in. I do like to have an irrational fear of lamps - it changes the tone considerably.

I've been studying the mystery method religiously lately, with a sprinkle of DeAngelo and SS. I suppose this would essentially be the right idea in a nutshell.... I've just just not quite looked at it in that way.
With regrads taking it too far, in my opinion I think you could get away with using this one quite liberally (I haven't filed tested yet though), just don't say anything too cold blooded! Like you said, I think in this case it's important to tease her in a fun/ comical way, but avoid explicitly insult her, even if she throws a couple your way. (partial credit to mystery re: neghits). However, with regards your other article on not appearing phased when she "s**t tests" you by flirting with other guys, I'd say that trick should be used sparingly. I strongly believe she'll get bored of you if she feels completely unappreciated. Furthermore, youdon't want to appear TOO perfect, she has see a few small weaknesses in you that she can pick at. :P
